Carousel Pictures

Carousel Pictures is a Toronto-based film, television and digital production company founded in 2013 by Producer Tyler Levine. Specializing in story development and production financing, Carousel Pictures brings together the best in Canadian creative talent with investment from across the country and around the world. 


Tyler Levine, Producer

Tyler Levine has been the lead producer on five theatrical dramatic feature films including the multi-award winning, 'All My Puny Sorrows' directed by Michael McGowan, starring Alison Pill and Oscar nominee Mare Winningham.

Levine has also produced four episodic series, including 'Summit 72' by Nick de Pencier (Manufactured Landscapes, Watermark) and two seasons of, 'First Person', an adaptation of popular Globe and Mail articles. 

The Toronto based producer typically manages all facets of the production, including financing (hard and soft money, legal, tax credits, etc.) as well as line producing, overseeing projects from early development all the way to the premiere and exploitation.

The former resident of Montreal, Amsterdam and Copenhagen is most excited by international co-productions and finding content which appeals to a global audience.


Katelyn Cursio, Producer

Katelyn Cursio has been a part of Carousel Pictures since its inception. Having worked closely with producers and as a production coordinator, Cursio has acquired experience and knowledge in the development, production, and distribution of feature films, television, and new media content.

A graduate of Humber’s Film and Media Production; Bachelor of Film program, Cursio has served as the associate producer on four theatrically released feature films. Cursio has also produced digital content for CBC Comedy and The Globe and Mail.
